Sunshine Beach Resort - Miami

The room was spacious, with a good layout that was ideal for families, with not just a queen bed but also two single beds, a welcome surprise. The small pool offered a nice respite after being out on the beach, just a short walk away.

I noticed some cleanliness issues that could use attention, like a blanket showing signs of previous use and a rusted fridge that should have been replaced long ago. The bathroom had a few maintenance concerns, with poor ventilation and mold on the tiles. Plus, if you're expecting some basic amenities, you'd be disappointed-no alarm clock, no adequate seating, and a noticeable shortage of power outlets didn't help the overall experience.

Central location was a plus. Shops and a local supermarket were right next door.

The hotel was just off airport and shops, public transport and Burleigh and Miami thanks to its favourable and perfect location. The room was airy and it was budget:)))

The bathroom was pretty tiny for a family and had a few maintenance issues. But the air conditioning was sweet as on a hot day!

Absolutely great place for short stay with lovely view of the tropical garden. A wide array of affordable food. Excellent service, parking nearby. Not to mention very good wifi! All in all good value for money...

We arrived at Sunshine after hours, no problem thanks to their smooth check-in process. They upgraded us to a spacious family room with ample space and everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room comfortable . The staff were helpful, assisting us with directions and taxi bookings even beyond regular hours. Enjoyed easy access to local shops and restaurants. It's just a quick walk to the beach. The cleanliness in the bathroom needed attention-there was noticeable mould around the ceiling. The noisy guests late at night disrupted our sleep, and walls felt thin. A sink in the apartment would be a nice addition for convenience.

It is a Motel, very disappointed with our accommodation, we had specified that there was a disabled member in our party, we were given a room on the 2nd Floor, so the disabled guest had to remain within the room for the duration. The bathroom smelled of sewrage, there was a leak under the sink, the mosquito net on the window was full of holes. The beds smelled damp, everything was dated, crockery was chipped. No comfortable chairs/sofa's to relax on. I could go on and on complaining.

I had fine time here, favourable and excellent location!

It became my favorite place to stay in Miami. Every detail of the hotel was really good, all the staff were outstandingly accommodating and fantastic friendly. Location: the venue was close enough to close walk to The surf club and the train station.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and local attractions. Our air-conditioned room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple's getaway. Plus, the friendly staff made check-in easy. The lovely pool provided a great escape after a long day out.

It's close proximity to the airport was what we liked the most.

We found ants crawling around the bathroom floor and walls and a cockroach on the floor in the main room. We would have appreciated a couple of chairs to sit on...there were only a couple of stools but these were not comfortable for sitting on for any length of time. Also our 'white' towels were a definite shade of cream.

Bed was like rock. Spa was not working. Windows in the room were broken. Had an unsafe feel too it. Lady was not very warm and welcoming when greeting my husband for the first time.
